Elevator belts are used for the vertical transportation of bulk goods.
Similar to conveyor belts, elevator belts consist of longitudinal and transverse fabric inserts and a protective cover. Buckets made of steel, rubber or plastic are attached to the respective elevator belt with the help of elevator bucket bolts or attached with special fasteners.
We supply elevator belts in widths of up to 1600 mm, which can also be perforated on request. We supply elevator belts in the following qualities: normal quality, oil-resistant and grease-resistant quality, temperature-resistant, food-safe and flame-retardant quality.
Ceiling versions: Our EP elevator belts, according to DIN 22102 and DIN 22104, have standard cover thicknesses of 2 + 2 mm. Belts with extra thick rubber covers, e.g. 5 + 2 mm or similar, can be used for conveying highly abrasive materials.
The elevator belts 500/4, 630/4, 800/5 can also be made of white rubber, suitable for the food industry.
