Trough screw conveyors offer dust-free transportation of your products. Maintenance openings enable inspections and repairs along the entire length of the conveyor.
Trough screw conveyors can be designed without center bearings up to a conveying length of 6,000 mm. As with tubular screw conveyors, the screw flights can be equipped in a wide variety of ways. For trough screw conveyors, your connecting flange dimensions are adopted to ensure smooth integration into your production facility. Trough screw conveyors can also be manufactured in 1.4301 quality.
Trough screw conveyors are used in particular for horizontal and inclined conveying of your bulk material.
The possibilities for inspecting and cleaning the interior are very good with this design. Depending on your application and the product properties, we manufacture single-shaft and twin-shaft screw conveyor systems. Furthermore, complete discharge trays with 3 or more screw shafts are not uncommon.
