Mobile loading screws

On request of our customers, we have manufactured mobile and rigid loading units using screw conveyors for loading 20-foot and 40-foot containers. In this way, the conveyed goods, such as malt, are transported particularly gently and there is a minimum of breakage of the conveyed goods during the loading process. These loading screws are particularly quiet, reduce the amount of dust and can be used individually.
Depending on the conveying capacity, we manufacture these screw conveyors as single-shaft screw conveyors or twin-shaft screw conveyors. The mobile loading screw conveyors can be transported for example using a forklift. Rigid loading units require an adjustable device for lowering the screw conveyors.
The screw conveyors can be installed on your premises by experienced fitters. You receive the full warranty service from a single source.
