About us and who we are
Our history
In 1949, Paul Hedfeld founded Paul Hedfeld KG, a company for the production of machines for grain and flour conveying and for the construction of wear parts for mills and compound feed plants.
Starting out purely as a mill manufacturer and its spare parts business, the conveying technology division was expanded further and further with the takeover of the Franz company in Neuss. Initially nationally, and increasingly internationally in the course of the company's history.
Who we are
Today, Paul Hedfeld GmbH is a third-generation family business.
We supply bucket elevators, screw conveyors and trough chain conveyors for all branches of industry - even beyond the borders of Germany and Europe.
We see ourselves as a service provider in plant engineering. Our aim is to build optimum solutions for bulk materials. Our service ranges from planning and implementation to installation and warranty. Planning and construction are carried out according to the individual wishes of our customers and are adapted to the respective conditions and requirements. In conjunction with standardized solutions, we achieve the greatest possible reliability in terms of production times and quality.
Together with our business partners, we have already successfully implemented numerous projects. These include concepts for breweries, maltings, mills and the food industry, foundries and cement and asphalt mixing plants around the world.
