Elevator belts are used for the vertical transport of bulk materials.
Elevator belts, similar to conveyor belts, consist of longitudinal and transverse fabric layers and a protective cover. Cups made of steel, rubber, or plastic are attached to the respective elevator belt using disc or cup screws, or with special fasteners.
We supply elevator belts up to 1600 mm wide; perforated or windowed belts are available upon request. Our elevator belts are available in the following grades: standard, oil- and grease-resistant, temperature-resistant, food-grade, and flame-retardant.
Cover designs: Our EP elevator belts, compliant with DIN 22102 and DIN 22104, have standard cover thicknesses of 2 + 2 mm or 1 + 3 mm. For conveying highly abrasive materials, belts can be fitted with extra-thick rubber covers, eg, 5 + 2 mm or similar. These are also available with vents, for example, in the glass industry.
The elevator belts 500/4, 630/4, 800/5 can also be manufactured from white rubber, suitable for the food industry.
